Finance brokers have the choice of two industry association, the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia - MIAA and the Finance Brokers Association of Australia.
Of the two associations if you intend seeking accreditation with a wide range of lenders you are better off becoming a member of the MIAA as there are a number of lenders who don’t recognise membership of the FBAA.
